Event Description

It's common for LGBT people to feel alienated from their childhood religion and culture, and who can blame us?  Organized religion is filled with judgment toward the LGBT experience. If we return the judgment with more judgment, we find ourselves in a self-condemning loop that keeps us stuck as healers and loving individuals.  If we ignore the religion of our childhood, we feel disconnect from our origins and perpetuate our wounds.   At this Discussion Dinner, we will talk about the difference between religion and spirituality, and how we can embrace our spiritual truths, and ultimately heal old wounds.

PLEASE RSVP ON THE WEBSITE BY WEDNESDAY, JUNE 8th so that we can give a number to the restaurant.  Our meetings are open to anyone, so please bring friends.  The dinner price is $25 plus tax and tip.  We hope to see you there.
