For thousands of years, gays have held a mystical place in the community, uniquely balancing between the masculine and feminine energies.  We are born to think outside the box.  Indigenous cultures called us “two spirits” and we were often given the role of healer or spiritual teacher.  Despite this special lineage, many of us are plagued with insecurity, loneliness and compulsiveness.

In this transformative workshop we will discuss how homosexuality, dating, and sex fit into a spiritual lifestyle.  Using Kundalini Yoga, powerful meditations and the sound of the gong, this group meditative process will help you to:

Gay Healer’s Circle member Brent (Akashdeep) Stevens has been practicing Kundalini Yoga for eight years.  He teaches privately and at Golden Bridge.

***IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP:  While the focus of this workshop is Kundalini Yoga and meditation, it is designed for EVERYONE, no matter what your experience with yoga is or what your level of fitness is.  Bring a yoga mat or blanket if you have one, but it is not necessary for this event.  Wear comfortable clothes, but most importantly come as you are and be ready for a dynamic and powerful experience.
