The Language of Spirituality

How do we connect with others in our community in matters of our individual spiritual practices without sounding like we’re making a “Sh*t New Age Guys/Girls Say” video?

Is the language of your spiritual practice an obstacle to feeling understood and respected?  Does the way others speak about their devotion turn you off?  Has anyone ever told you they were a star seed from the Pleiades and they thought you were one too?

Let’s talk about these questions and have a nice meal as well.  This is our first dinner at The French Quarter Restaurant, located in the French Market Place, 7985 Santa Monica Boulevard.  We will meet in a separate area on the ground level.  Full menu choices and separate checks are available.  Parking is in the adjacent lot or on the street.

Our regular bi-monthly Discussion Dinner is a fun social event and a chance to engage GHC members in meaningful conversation on the topics most relevant to our community and our work.

Guests will be seated at tables of 6 to 8 people. The dinners are held in private areas so that we can talk freely. You are welcome to order any item on the menu-- there is no minimum charge.

As with all GHC events, please bring anyone who may want to be part of our community, or who may want to participate in the discussion. We hope to see you there.
