- Reiki and Shamanic training have set the stage for the healings I facilitate. Seeing with the heart, add a little common sense laced with sweetness and self taught hand energetics have brought me to a practice where love flows with ease. When appropriate I work with the energies of the Elemental and Angelic groups to facilitate the healings shared. At times the best readings of energy come after a nights sleep. With an open ear and a trained eye since childhood to see beyond the norm I find the vision and words to bring healing into the lives of those i touch.

- At this moment in my world I've found with ease the bliss I've seek'd a lifetime. After many years of peeling the onion in a Lightworker Academy here locally, the move into Ascension energy at times seems effortless. The difference with moving forward on this path might be that it is more on a emotional interaction with the "players" that touch my life. And the key as been as easy as "asking" and mastering the challenge of detaching from the world around. Now in 2011 it seems appropriate to go within and be in silence without much interaction with others. Its like being between two worlds waiting for the door to open with one foot on a cloud. Neither here nor there. The next few months will provide the biggest shift yet. With all the detoxing, clean food and perfecting of clean thinking I'm ever ready to make the transition.
After years of co-creating with Our sweet buds here on Gaia.... The mountains, the air, the plants, trees and grasses, animals and rocks too, even accessing the fire down below, this is the place where things seem to flow within, a space of oneness. Sharing the invitation of experiencing Love with these groups and all that touch my world has been my path to wholeness. A simple wink to wildflowers or the vision of wings on the homeless can be a enormous nod to the divinity of others we share the world with.
These activities combine with breathwork, clean mindful thinking, shamanic practices and leaning toward a macrobiotic lifestyle have facilitated who I am. My job now is to be light where ever I am. Easy as being an 'observer' and not an 'absorber'. I see light in the darkness. This is my spiritual practice I strive to create.
