- I'm a new Reiki II healer, attuned by Michael Reynolds and Ananda Prohs.
I also heal through music practice. I sing, play instruments, conduct choirs and instrumentalists and am currently the assistant conductor of the Gay Men's Chorus of Los Angeles.
I learned and practiced meditation through numerous 10- day silent retreats given by S.N. Goenka. I continue in the tradition with Eckhart Tolle who teaches meditation as life-practice.
I have also been practicing a High Raw Food diet for a year and a half now. Eating high vibrational foods helps me vibrate at a high frequency... keeps me feeling good!
Though not a professional massage therapist, I have been practicing massage with friends and family since I was a teenager. I love massage trading!

Doctor of Musical Arts- just finished my coursework at USC! Still have a little thing called a dissertation to write ;)

Glad to see you joined. Don't you also use music to heal? Practice a raw food diet? I believe you also have a meditation practice. I just want to encourage you to acknowledge the overall healer you are.
