My massage practice focuses primarily on active individuals, athletes, trainers, rugby players, AIDS Lifecycle riders, runners, etc, as well as professionals including Broadway actor/dancers, stunt actors, prof athletes, injury recovery and simply those who need to balance from the work they do to survive.

Certified sports therapy, deep tissue, swedish massage, advanced mentorship training in sports therapy and continuous education in body mechanics, lifestyle fitness and functional training. Former personal trainer, speed skater, coach. Developing services in lifestyle fitness as well as massage.
