Looking for someone that Lived Through It....

I have an a beautiful acting student, who is working on "The Normal Heart" for class and is looking for someone to talk to that lived through the pre-AIDS New York Gay life in the 80's (preferably someone that was very 'active').  It's amazing for me to consider, but he wasn't even born yet!!!!And as much as I would love to help, I was a closeted actor in my 20's and missed the full experience.Let me know if you can be of assistance.Thanks,JeffSee More

The resturant is called Govinda's, the address is 3764 watseka Ave., Los Angeles, CA. 310-836-1269. I think that the other side of Venice is Culver City. If you are on Venice BLvd., going west, you pass Robertsons then Bagley and two more blocks and turn right and it is about 50 feet on the right side.

PS- I think this group, LA Gay Healers Circle, might benefit from a presence on Facebook. I think Gay for Good grew to some 200 members mostly through the Facebook network. Their first event with Treepeople had 35+ participants.
