- WELCOME! We are a local organization and therefore ask that you live in the LA area (it's a big area). We welcome non-professionals, but we do try to maintain professional standards for our meetings and website, so we ask that you post a clear and professional face picture (no shirtless pictures) and use your real name. We ask that you give good information about your practice, whether you're a professional or not, so that other members can get to know you. We only allow profiles for individuals, not businesses. - I do EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which is short-term therapy to resolve traumas, as huge as rape or robbery, and as "small" as being bullied or humiliated by an authority figure.
EMDR assists your brain in processing traumatic events that stay frozen in your nervous system, untouched by most talk therapies. It helps you to reframe traumas and give them a more positive meaning.;
