Stemming from a life changing meditative vision I had nine years ago, I formulated a therapeutic hugging technique called The Ecstatic Embrace. The basic notion is that hugging for a long time (90 minutes) produces a profound effect on the participants. The trademarks of the experience are a sense of deep connection, an openness to self and others, and for those who are spiritually inclined; a sense of communion with the divine. It is useful for individuals who seek to increase their capacity for intimacy, for issues related to trauma (grief or loss), and those seeking personal and spiritual renewal.

There is no specific training for what I do (I am the creator). An article was written on my work in November '08 Frontiers Conscious Living Section (written by therapist intern, Shane Bruce.)

My personal journey includes over 20 years in various spiritual and transformational disciplines.
